The Chardonnay grapes from Rincon mark the very beginning of the Talley Vineyards story. They serve as the prologue, more accurately, as these grapes were the first ones planted by Don Talley when the dream of making world-class wine was just a gleam in his eye. Like any family story, there were many failures and successes in those early days.

Our 2021 Rincon Chardonnay is the culmination of those lessons learned, presenting a complex combination of comfort and conflict. Its distinct minerality shines through with iron notes, which are softened by the citrus and toffee finish. Don would be proud.
